How bdSpark handles the information you share through this website.

What we collect
We collect only what you actively send us:
- Project inquiries. Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the solution you are interested in, a budget range, and the message you write.
- Job applications. Your name, email address, phone number, the links you provide, and your covering message.
- Newsletter subscriptions. Your email address.
- Abuse prevention. A short-lived record of the IP address that submitted a form, used only to rate-limit automated submissions. These records are deleted automatically.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics on this website.
Why we hold it
To respond to your inquiry, to assess your application, or to send you the updates you asked for. We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our own database. Notification emails may be delivered through a transactional email provider. Both are protected by access controls, and only staff who need the information can see it.
How long we keep it
Project inquiries are retained while the opportunity is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Job applications are retained for the duration of the recruitment process and for a limited period after, in case a suitable role opens. You can ask us to delete your information at any point.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@bdspark.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
The public website sets no cookies. The staff dashboard uses a single essential cookie to keep signed-in administrators authenticated. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you are not being asked.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and revise the date above.
